If we are available, we will happily welcome you to our home on a Bed and Breakfast basis. Unusually, this is more sharing our home than a normal B & B and as such you will be made very welcome. There is a great choice of breakfasts and vegetarian and any other special dietary requests can happily be catered for by prior request.
We are able to offer just one small but pretty double room and the sole use of a bathroom (but not en suite). You would also have the use of our dining hall with TV and facilities to make your own tea and coffee.
We live in the basement of a converted chapel right in the centre of town and within a minutes’ walk of shops and restaurants. We are 10 or 15 mins walk from the station. Because Arundel is built on a hill, the basement is on the ground floor of the next street so is light and airy with a small but pretty walled courtyard garden. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard although not in the house. Parking for one car is available.
For your information we also have a quiet dog.
Our normal rates are £65 per night for the double room or £45 for single occupancy. However, during festivals or race meetings the prices will be increased to £75 and £60 respectively
